Developed by Erca SA, the project consists of a collection of modern apartments surrounded by lush greenery. Our Role

Erca SA entrusted our team with the task of creating high-quality architectural visualizations for Residenza al Molino. Our scope of work included both exterior and interior renderings, leveraging photomatched drone shots and street-level photography to seamlessly integrate the building into its real-world environment.

Challenges

One of the primary challenges was photographing the site. The scale of the project required a meticulous approach to capture suitable angles for accurate photomatching. Additionally, rendering such a large-scale scene while maintaining high detail posed optimization challenges, as we had to keep render times manageable without sacrificing quality.

Solutions

To address these challenges, we employed several innovative strategies:

• Proxies for Optimization: By incorporating 3ds Max proxies, we optimized the scene to handle the scale and complexity efficiently.

  
  

• Enhanced Greenery with AI: To bring the outdoor spaces to life, we used AI tools to refine and enhance the lush greenery, creating a realistic and inviting atmosphere.

  
  

• Photomatching Expertise: Our careful integration of the building into drone and street-level shots ensured a realistic representation that resonated with the site’s context.

The final visualizations captured the essence of Residenza al Molino, highlighting the harmonious blend of architecture and nature. The client expressed their satisfaction with the results, describing it as a "great collaboration" and confirming their intention to work with us on future projects.
