We used to make renders.
The world is changing, and so do we. Intovisual is moving from pure visualization to something bigger.

Big changes
The new intovisual
For many years, if you asked us what intovisual did, the answer was simple: we made 3D visualisations.
That was where we started, and it remains an important part of what we do. But over the past few years, the way images are produced has changed considerably. With AI entering the rendering world, creating convincing imagery is becoming faster, more accessible and, in many cases, less expensive.
Rather than seeing this as something to resist, we decided to take a step back and look at what we actually bring to a project.
We realised that rendering was only one part of it.
Through years of working with architects, developers and real estate projects, we had built up a much broader understanding of how a project needs to communicate: how architecture is presented, how a visual identity is developed, how a website supports the story and how everything from a large hero image to a printed brochure contributes to the perception of a property.
So we decided to rebuild intovisual around that idea.
From renders to communication
The new intovisual is now divided into four areas: into virtual, into web, into print and into branding.
They cover different parts of the communication process, from photorealistic visualisation, animation and interactive experiences to websites, brochures and complete visual identities.
They are not meant to be four separate services that happen to sit next to each other. The idea is to bring them together when a project needs it, so that the images, identity, website and printed material all work towards the same goal.
In other words, we are not moving away from visualisation. We are putting it into a bigger picture.
And then there is AI
AI is naturally becoming part of that picture as well.
We use it where it makes sense, whether that means exploring ideas, testing variations or speeding up parts of the production process. Used well, these tools allow us to work faster and keep costs under control, without compromising the quality we expect from our work.
But the tool is only as good as the person directing it.
We don't believe in simply prompting until something looks good. Our experience in visualisation and design allows us to understand what an image needs to achieve, guide the process in that direction and know when the result is right or when it isn't.
The technology will continue to change, and so will the way we work with it. We are happy to go with that flow and use whatever tools help us do better work.
What hasn't changed is the expertise behind them.
A new intovisual
The new website is really a reflection of this shift. We wanted to move away from presenting ourselves simply as a rendering studio and instead show the broader role we can play in a real estate project.
From the first visualisation to the final website, from the identity to the printed brochure, we can now look at the whole communication rather than just one part of it.
We still make renders.
We just have a lot more to offer around them.
