Residenza Claudia

Residenza Claudia is a contemporary residential development located in Minusio, Switzerland. Set on a gentle slope, the project enjoys a privileged position overlooking the surrounding landscape.

For this project, we created a series of interior and exterior visualizations designed to showcase the development before construction. Starting from the 3D model provided by the client, we cleaned up and optimized the geometry, adding the architectural details and finishes required to achieve the final result.

One of the most interesting aspects of the project was the relationship between the building and its surroundings. We carried out several site visits, capturing both ground photography and aerial drone footage, which were then used as the basis for the photomatching process.

This allowed us to integrate the 3D model seamlessly into the real environment, carefully recreating the topography, vegetation, surrounding buildings and panoramic views offered by the location.

The exterior images focus on the relationship between architecture and landscape, while the interior visuals convey the atmosphere and quality of the living spaces.

The result is a series of visualizations developed for the project’s communication and marketing, designed to show not only what the residence will look like, but also the setting and experience that surround it.
